These terms cover this website, published by MoatCell, Inc. There is no product to sign up for yet, so they are short.

What this site is

It describes what MoatCell is building. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here forms a contract, a quotation, a service commitment, or a promise that any described capability will ship, ship on a date, or perform as described. If we agree to work together, that agreement will be a separate written one, and it will govern.

Forward-looking statements

MoatCell is pre-launch. Statements about what the system does, what it will cost to run, and how it compares to alternatives describe work in progress and current measurements. They may change as the work continues.

Ownership

The text, design, logo and imagery on this site belong to MoatCell, Inc. or are used with permission. The MoatCell name and mark are ours. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on it.
